We don’t rinse a surface and call it sealed. A clean and seal is three distinct steps, and skipping any of them shortens the life of the other two.
Deep Cleaning
We lift embedded dirt, stains, mold, and algae from the paver face and joints at a pressure that cleans the surface without etching or pitting.
Joint Sand
Cleaning removes joint sand along with everything else. We refill and set the joints, which keep pavers from shifting and weeds from coming back through.
Sealing
We apply a sealant matched to the paver material and to a climate that delivers UV, humidity, and salt in the same afternoon. It deepens the color and creates a barrier between the surface and anything that might stain it.
The difference shows the same day: Color comes back, the surface reads as one piece again rather than a patchwork, and a sealed paver resists the staining and moisture that got it looking that way in the first place.
